No. It is a GeM automation service built per category. We start with Manpower Outsourcing Services and add more categories over time. Each category is bought and licensed separately.
When a sale is running you see it in the bar at the top of every page. Copy the code, choose your plan, and enter the code in the coupon box at checkout. The Offers page shows every running offer in full, and also which offers are coming soon and which have ended.
Some categories have a short trial: it runs for a few hours (the length and price are shown on the pricing section) and works exactly like a normal plan: you pay, you get a code, the app and an invoice. You can buy one trial per category. If you buy a regular plan for that category, the trial ends and the new plan starts fresh. When a trial ends, buy a plan to continue.

A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) computer, your own GeM seller account and an internet connection. The app is not available for mobile phones.
No. You log in to GeM inside the app, on your own computer. Your GeM login and your Gmail App Password stay on your computer.
No. Each authorization code works on one computer.
No. A code unlocks only the category you bought. To automate a different category, buy that category and enter its code in the same app. You can hold several categories at once, and run one at a time.
Enter a new code to continue. If you enter it before your current plan ends, the days are added on.
GeM may change its website from time to time. We update the automations when that happens and deliver them to your app automatically.
No. We do not guarantee any bid outcome. You are responsible for everything you submit on GeM and for following GeM's rules.
