Your name, mobile number, email, state, a password (stored only as a one-way hash), the name of the computer where you activate the App, and your order and licence details.
We do not collect your GeM login or your Gmail App Password. These stay on your computer. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
To create your account, process orders, issue and verify licences, provide support, and send service emails such as receipts and password resets.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service (such as the payment provider and email delivery) or when required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for records. To ask for access or deletion, email support.gemtechautomations@gmail.com.
We use passwords hashing and secure connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
