GEMTECH AUTOMATIONS provides a Windows application ("the App") that helps sellers automate repetitive steps while using the GeM website. GEMTECH AUTOMATIONS is not affiliated with GeM or the Government of India.
The App runs only on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) computers. It is not available for mobile phones or tablets. Please check that your computer meets these requirements before you buy.
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
After payment you receive an authorization code for a fixed period. One code works on one computer. You may not share, resell or copy the App or its automations.
You are solely responsible for every bid, document and price you submit on GeM, and for following GeM's own terms and rules. We do not guarantee any bid outcome, and automations may stop working if GeM changes its website.
We try to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update or change the App and automations at any time.
We may suspend or end a licence if these terms are broken. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, GEMTECH AUTOMATIONS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bids, lost business or lost profits.
